Delete your Velaris account

What the request covers

• Your Velaris login, profile and personal account information.
• Personal data associated only with your account, unless Velaris must retain a limited record for law, accounting, fraud prevention, security or a dispute.
• Content that belongs to a shared company workspace remains controlled by that subscriber company. Ask a company administrator to request closure of the whole workspace.

Velaris will verify the email address and authority behind the request and normally complete a valid request within 30 days. We may contact you if more information is needed.

Business service agreements are managed separately

Deleting an individual account does not itself cancel the subscribing organisation's Velaris service agreement or Stripe payment plan. An authorised company administrator must contact Velaris separately about workspace closure or renewal. Account deletion does not remove fees already due for an agreed fixed term.
