Can we pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly billing spreads a 12-month commitment over 12 instalments; it is not a rolling monthly subscription. Switching off renewal does not cancel the remaining instalments. The exact saving for annual upfront payment is shown on each pricing card.
Can the mobile app be used on its own?
No. Velaris Site Companion extends a company workspace. An administrator creates the company account and projects first, then invites users to sign in on mobile.
Does mobile work without site reception?
Yes. Supported mobile records and photos can be saved offline. Velaris shows whether an item is saved, syncing or synced, then retries automatically when connectivity returns.
Do trades and clients need a Velaris account?
No. Velaris can issue restricted trade completion and client sign-off links that show only the relevant records. Their responses and evidence return to the original snag without exposing the full company workspace.
Does Velaris replace professional contract advice?
