Subprocessors
Velaris uses the providers below to deliver, secure and support the service. They process only the information needed for their stated function and are subject to appropriate contractual and data-protection requirements.
Velaris will give subscribing companies reasonable advance notice of a new subprocessor where required by the Velaris data-processing terms. A reasoned data-protection objection may be sent to support@velarishq.com.
Stripe
Subscription checkout, billing, invoices, payment status and related fraud-prevention services. Velaris does not receive full payment-card details.
Resend
Transactional email delivery for invitations, service-contract communications and subscription notices.
Visual Crossing
Weather information used when an authorised user requests project weather records. The project site address and requested date range may be submitted for that lookup.
